Securing Your WordPress Installation

There is a great post on wp.tutsplus.com/ about securing your WordPress installation. It gives details on 10 steps to get your site bullet proof against hackers. I have applied a few of these steps already to my website and will be working on the more complex steps later. I highly recommend this to any person using WordPress for their site. The besting step is changing the Admin username to something different. Once the hackers know your username, it’s only a matter of time before they can break your password.
