		<description>just wanted to let you know that in February of this year, my fat ass decided to RUN a half-marathon with members of my family.  When I decided to do this, I had not run unless chased -- ever!  I almost passed out trying to run a mile my first night out at the high school track.  I ran three times a week, following a program given me.  I took a week off for tendinitis in my achilles.   Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I ran the half in under three hours 2:57 actually, which was my goal.  I ran it at the end of April, so that was three months training.  It can be done.  Thought this might be encouraging since I weigh 225 and none of it is muscle.</description>
